Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking Multiple Diesel Mechanics / Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team that builds industrial pumping equipment used in demanding environments. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling diesel-driven systems, mechanical components, and heavy-duty equipment from the ground up.

Mechanical Knowledge:
Understanding of diesel engines or heavy equipment systems
Blueprint Reading & Mechanical Assembly:
Ability to follow technical drawings and build equipment accurately
Tool Proficiency:
Comfortable using personal hand tools and shop equipment daily Key Responsibilities Assemble diesel-powered industrial equipment and pump systems Install engines, piping, and mechanical components per specifications Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Use hand and power tools to fit, mount, and secure components Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments during assembly Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and functionality Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment What a Typical Day Looks Like You'll start your day by reviewing production schedules and assigned builds. After gathering tools and materials, you'll review blueprints and begin assembling equipment—this may include mounting diesel engines, connecting hoses or piping, and installing mechanical components. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with team members to ensure builds stay on track. You'll perform adjustments, test fitments, and complete quality checks before wrapping up and preparing for the next build. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
