Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role focuses on vehicle maintenance and repair, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and hand tools to address various roadside issues. Your proficiency with power tools and ohmmeters will enhance your ability to diagnose and resolve problems efficiently. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle maintenance Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools Ability to diagnose and repair vehicle issues effectively Experience with Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and efficiently in roadside assistance scenarios Responsibilities Respond promptly to roadside assistance calls and provide mechanical support to stranded motorists. Utilize hand tools and power tools for vehicle maintenance and repairs. Conduct automotive diagnostics using an ohmmeter and other equipment to identify issues. Ensure safety protocols are followed while performing repairs in various environments. Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate effectively with clients.
