Perform preventative maintenance services and equipment inspections. Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, engine, fuel, steering, brake, and drivetrain systems. Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics. Perform field service calls and shop repairs. Communicate repair recommendations and findings to customers and management. Complete work orders, inspection reports, and service documentation accurately. Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and equipment. Assist with equipment preparation, rental fleet maintenance, and equipment inspections. Promote maintenance programs and identify repair opportunities when appropriate. QualificationsRequired Minimum 4 years of experience repairing forklifts, aerial lifts, telehandlers, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, heavy equipment, or similar machinery. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

Working knowledge of:

Electrical systems Hydraulic systems Internal combustion engines Electric drive systems LPG, gasoline, diesel, and electric-powered equipment Ability to read electrical and hydraulic schematics. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience with Toyota, Crown, Raymond, Hyster, Yale, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Cat, Komatsu, Genie, JLG, Skyjack, Lull, Gradall, and other major equipment brands. Welding and fabrication experience. Technical school or vocational training. Battery and charger diagnostic experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Compensation & Benefits $60,000 - $95,000+ annually depending on experience
