Full Job Description Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and motivated pressure washers and window cleaning technicians to join our team as independent contractors. This is a great opportunity for individuals who already have their own equipment and want consistent work without the hassle of finding customers.
Pressure Washing Position:
Must have your own pressure washing equipment 60/40 pay split (you keep 60%) Jobs are scheduled and paid per project Residential and light commercial work
Window Cleaning Position:
Pay is per job, not hourly 1-story homes: $50-$70 per job 2-story homes: $70-$90 per job Exterior and interior window cleaning opportunities Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
Requirements:
Reliable transportation Own equipment for pressure washing Professional attitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently Must be dependable and show up on time
