Responsibilities Repair and maintain golf course equipment, including mowers, utility vehicles, carts, tractors, and small engines. Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine-related issues. Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory. Ensure all equipment meets safety and operational standards. Coordinate with management regarding equipment needs and repair schedules. Keep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of golf course mechanic experience (required). Strong knowledge of gasoline and diesel engines. Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems. Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently. Valid driver's license. Ability to lift and move equipment parts as required. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Schedule 5:30 AM - 12:30 PM as required.
