  • Part-time, Full-time Florida Classic Car Storage (FCCS) is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanic to join our team.
This role may be structured as either part-time or full-time based on the candidate's experience and availability.
Compensation:
$85,000
  • $100,000 annually, depending on experience
Position Summary:
The Senior Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining company vehicles, client vehicles, fleet equipment, and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine-related issues Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine servicing Maintain classic cars, luxury vehicles, company fleet vehicles, equipment, and machineryIdentify and troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and parts usage Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and company procedures Coordinate repair priorities and assist with maintaining overall operational efficiency Support additional maintenance-related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of mechanic experience preferred Strong experience with classic cars, luxury vehicles, diesel, gas, heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, or commercial equipment Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair priorities Valid driver's license required Strong communication skills, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to lift equipment and perform physical work as needed Florida Classic Car Storage offers a stable and professional work environment with the opportunity for flexible scheduling based on the needs of the company and candidate availability.
