Do Diagnose:

Use specialized equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical motor issues.

Disassemble:

Expertly tear down, clean, and inspect motors to identify root causes of failure.

Repair:

Replace faulty components, including bearings, seals, and electrical parts.

Restore:

Reassemble and test motors to ensure they meet factory performance standards.

Collaborate:

Work with the Shop Manager to maintain a high-standard, organized workspace.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of Electro-Mechanical experience .

Technical Skill:

aptitude for both mechanical and electrical systems.

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to maintain precise measurements and accurate repair records.

Physically Active:

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
