Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot and repair hardware issues, including hard drives, memory, motherboards, and power supplies. Perform equipment upgrades, replacements, and imaging of systems.
Support IT asset management:
inventory tracking, tagging, and documentation. Assist with setting up network cabling, routers, and switches when required. Coordinate hardware RMA requests with vendors. Provide hands-on support for end users and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized workbench and storage area for spare parts and tools. Follow company IT policies, procedures, and security standards. Assist with office moves, relocations, and hardware deployments.
