Job Description 3 Principles Integrated is looking for a Commercial Cooking Equipment Technician for our McDonald's stores. This position will provide non-emergency and emergency service, warranty and non-warranty repair, and preventive maintenance for the commercial kitchen equipment for our stores, as well as other general duties within the company. Further information is provided below. Travel to multiple job sites as needed Install, maintain, and repair cooking equipment for stores Diagnostics and repairs of electrical and mechanical commercial equipment Parts ordering, billing, manufacturer communication Maintain company vehicle Coordinate and maintain scheduled maintenance with home office Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Certificate in Commercial Food Service Equipment Repair
• EPA Universal Certification
• At least 3 years, hands-on technical experience with commercial kitchen equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work on call shifts on a rotating basis and overtime if needed
• Strong work ethic and creative problem-solving
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills Why work for us?
