What We're Looking For 3-5+ years' experience working in a mining environment Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability Confident working independently in a field service environment Experience completing planned maintenance, inspections, and breakdown repairs Ability to adapt across multiple OEM platforms Strong commitment to safe work practices Someone who takes pride in quality workmanship Reliable, professional, and easy to work with on site Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check and drug screen What You Get:

Diagnose faults and complete breakdown repairs Carry out planned maintenance and inspections to a high standard Work across a variety of underground equipment types Maintain strong attention to safety and workmanship Identify parts and plan upcoming maintenance work Contribute to reliable and efficient equipment performance Work closely with site teams and other experienced tradespeople Mader was built by mechanics who understand that real progression in this trade comes from years on the tools, solving problems in the field, and becoming someone others rely on when the job gets technical.
