SERVICE MECHANIC

Overview We are seeking a skilled, hard-working, and responsible individual to fill a full-time Mechanic/Service Mechanic position for our Hilo operations. Job duties include and not limited to: Servicing/repairing trucks and mobile/heavy equipment Assessing vehicles and/or machinery to accurately diagnose and repair issues Maintaining and cleaning garage equipment and tools Conducting thorough routine maintenance and inspections to vehicles and equipment Monitoring/ordering of parts when necessary Conducting field visits of sudden breakdowns Adhere to company work safety policies Completing repair jobs in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements/Skills:

Must have valid Drivers License CDL is a plus but not required Own basic automotive hand tools Diesel truck & heavy equipment mechanical experience is helpful Knowledge of basic mechanical skills Must be able to work independently and with others Ability to prioritize and complete tasks •Pay is commensurate with experience and qualifications
