Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for assembling and installing various products for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with clients on a regular basis. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble products according to specifications and company guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service during installation appointments
• Safely operate a box truck for deliveries and installations
• Follow schematics and instructions to ensure accurate installation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an installer or in a related field (e.g., delivery driver, service technician)
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, based on customer demand
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
