Service Technician

New Tec is currently seeking a Service Technician to join our expanding team at our Sioux Center location. This position is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and completing service tasks on a variety of material handling equipment, including forklifts, mini excavators, telehandlers, and aerial lifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, be open to hands-on training, and maintain a professional approach when working with customers. New Tec services both new and pre-owned equipment across multiple brands, giving technicians a wide range of experience. Candidates are expected to supply their own basic tools, and a monthly tool allowance is provided. New Tec is a recognized leader in the material handling industry, representing two of the top global brands, Unicarriers and Linde. We also offer construction equipment from leading manufacturers such as Skyjack, Genie, JLG, and Bil-Jax. In addition to equipment sales within our local territory, New Tec provides comprehensive parts and service support, both on-site and at our facility. This full-time position is Monday through Friday, home every night with no nights or weekends and offers the following benefits.
