Heavy Equipment Mechanic

RiverStone Group Inc. has a full-time position available for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic at our Midway Stone Quarry in Hillsdale, IL. Candidates must be dependable and available for overtime as needed. A typical work schedule for this position would be Monday - Friday, 5am to 1pm, though some variation to this should be expected depending on the needs of the location.

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Candidate Requirements:

Safety-Focused Strong mechanical aptitude Minimum 5 years' experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance Vo-Tech Diesel Mechanic graduate preferred Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions Self-motivated with a solid work ethic Our ideal candidate would also possess experience welding and operating heavy equipment. Major Heavy Equipment Mechanic responsibilities include: Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA Maintain and repair all equipment safely and efficiently.
