Join our team and earn $27.00 per hour! Pitney Bowes is now hiring for a Direct Hire Full Time Onsite Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee in our Indianapolis, IN facility. 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday)

Base Rate:

$26.00/hr $1.00/hr additional for 2nd shift You are: Autonomous, high performing, team driven, and have a keen sense for customer service and client relationship building. Have a proven background in electro-mechanics troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on machines and equipment. Are passionate about client success. You will:

Perform mechanical and electronic repairs of all equipment including printer and mail sorting equipment. Complete preventative maintenance according to Mail Preparation Total Quality Management and vendor operating standards. Respond to equipment break down or emergency situations with urgency and expediency. Utilize inventory, pm schedule and work order systems, and maintains the spare parts/supply inventory. Evaluate and assess equipment problems by troubleshooting and completing repairs in a timely manner. Perform all additional duties as required As an Onsite Maintenance Technician Trainee, you have: Experience trouble-shooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment with at least one year of break/fix mechanical experience preferred. Familiarity with Windows PC environment as it pertains to the operation of automated equipment preferred. Excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk, stand, stoop, and bend 80% of the time with or without accommodations.
