Overview of this role and our expectations: We are looking for mechanics of all skill levels with positive attitudes We are looking for someone willing to work 12 hour shifts This position will require working a Pitman Style schedule that rotates every 2 weeks [2 days on/3 days off][2 days on/2 days off][3 days on/2 days off] WEEK 1: work 3 days/off 4 days (work 36 hours) WEEK 2: work 4 days/off 3 days (work 48 hours) Every other weekend off What does it take to be a Road Warrior? Job Summary:

We are seeking self-motivated, honest and dependable mechanics to perform maintenance and repairs on our customer's fleets of trucks. Some of the work performed will be mobile service calls, some of it will be performed in our shop. We service and repair a wide variety of light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles as well as trailers and equipment. When customers call Road Warrior the answer is "Yes!" The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working on light, medium, and/or heavy trucks and trailers. (Training is avaiable for less experienced techs:

Job Requirements:

Must have a good attitude and support our company vision above all other requirements! Ability to work on light, medium, and heavy trucks and trailers and some equipment Previous diagnostics and repair experience Welding experience and fabrication experience Own tools with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. CDL preferred, but not required.

Skills:

Diesel engines Gas engines Mechanic experience

Driving Brakes Welding Diagnostics Other Duties:

Read manufacturer's drawings and manuals Basic computer and internet literacy Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop tools Keep shop equipment operating (maintain, troubleshoot, repair, etc.) Drive manual transmission vehicles Use computer diagnostic equipment Repairing other equipment Drug free individuals with a clean driving record and limited criminal history are encouraged to apply.

Experience and Final Thoughts:
