Competitive Pay:

Earn up to $90,000 (depending on experience) and the addition of annual pay increases. Double-time pay on Saturdays!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Performs troubleshooting and skilled mechanical work on Automotive, HD Truck, Ready Mix, Mining, Construction, Supporting Equipment, and related components, including: gas and diesel engines, fuel systems electrical, air, hydraulic systems transmissions cooling systems chassis brakes general maintenance (tire repair, cleaning) Works on equipment with minimal supervision Maintains a neat and orderly work area and demonstrate proper handling of company tools Interacts with Shop Foreman and other mechanics/service personnel as necessary to complete work Follows safe work practices and procedures, using safety equipment, following Company, OSHA, MSHA and

DOT/FMCSA

rules and regulations in repair and maintenance of equipment Stays abreast of new technology by participating in training and meetings Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or other members of management

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 2 years of hands-on mechanical equipment repair experience, a graduate of vocational diesel courses, or related experience. Necessary tools to perform position responsibilities. Strong communication skills. Must be able to follow instructions in verbal and/or written form Computer and electronic diagnostic experience. CDL preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to climb stairs and ladders, reach, squat, push, and pull objects. Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. Ability to tolerate working outdoors in all temperatures and weather. Ability to lift objects of various dimensions and weights. MCM is a drug-free workplace and an equal-opportunity employer.
