In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of hydraulic systems and heavy equipment. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of machinery used across various industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and develop your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic system issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools. Repair and replace hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings to restore equipment functionality. Perform routine maintenance on heavy machinery including excavators, cranes, forklifts, and farm machinery to prevent future failures. Fabricate custom hydraulic lines and parts as needed using hand tools and welding techniques. Conduct inspections of industrial equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. Assist in the assembly and disassembly of complex machinery for repair or upgrades. Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and diagnostic reports to track repairs and parts used. Requirements Proven experience working with dealership or heavy equipment repair environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, and hydraulic systems. Familiarity with operating heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, and trailers. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals related to hydraulics, transmissions, air brakes, suspension systems, HVAC systems, diesel engines, and electrical components. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and welding techniques. Experience in automotive diagnostics and vehicle maintenance including brake repair, alignment, shocks & struts replacement. Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy lifting, tire service, and industrial repairs. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
