We're expanding our field team to support customers throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, East Texas, and Western Alabama. Questions you might be asking What will I work on? Complex field repairs and maintenance on aerial devices, bucket trucks, digger derricks, cranes, service trucks, and both light/heavy-duty truck systems. Where will I go? Across the Gulf Coast region with frequent overnight travel (50%-80%+), especially in oil, gas, and utility corridors. What kind of tasks? Troubleshooting, inspections (including DOT), dielectric testing, parts replacement, and performance diagnostics on CTOS rental assets and third-party units. How independent is the job? Very—expect to run point at customer sites while staying connected with a responsive CTOS support network. Travel & schedule Home-based in Louisiana (71303) with region-wide coverage: LA, MS, East TX, Western AL. Frequent overnight travel required (50%-80%+). On-call rotation across 3-4 techs, Monday-Sunday; $250 on-call bonus. What you bring Valid Driver's License required; CDL Class B preferred. Experience with utility or heavy equipment—Caterpillar, John Deere, Komatsu, and medium/heavy-duty trucks. Strong diagnostic skills in field environments; able to work solo and collaborate when needed. Tools & support provided Company-issued, fully outfitted service truck (crane, welder, compressor). Company computer and credit card to manage work orders, parts, and travel. Work mix Approximately 70% CTOS rental equipment and 30% third-party customer work.
