Job Description

The Shift Mechanic is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment to maximize safe and productive operations.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Inspect equipment for condition, operation, parts, and fluid levels.
  • Check, fill, and replace appropriate fluids and parts.
  • Perform adjustments to various systems during preventive maintenance service.
  • Identify and designate mechanical problems.
  • Complete necessary repair and preventive maintenance work.
  • Comply with all federal, OSHA, and company policies and procedures.
  • Complete required paperwork as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
