Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Residential & Commercial Service Technician, where you'll be at the forefront of maintaining and repairing essential HVAC mechanical systems across residential and commercial properties. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, troubleshoot complex equipment, and deliver exceptional service that keeps our clients comfortable and their operations running smoothly. Your expertise will directly impact the safety, efficiency, and comfort of the spaces we serve, making every day rewarding and full of growth potential. Duties Diagnose and repair HVAC systems & generators Perform maintenance on systems to ensure optimal operation Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently in both residential and commercial settings Utilize tools such as ohmmeters, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues Maintain detailed service records, complete work orders accurately, and document all repairs performed Operate a vehicle safely to travel between job sites while adhering to all traffic laws Assist with equipment repair, installation projects, and routine maintenance tasks as needed to support property operations Be on call on a rotating schedule. Good communication skills are a must. Requires experience as a service technician with a background in construction or mechanical trades Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems Mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning units Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be drug free, pass a background check Familiarity with Ohmmeters or similar electrical testing tools; ability to interpret electrical measurements Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety standards Join us as a Residential & Commercial Service Technician if you're passionate about quality service, enjoy solving complex problems on-site, and thrive in an energetic environment dedicated to delivering top-tier service.
