Job Purpose As a Shop Equipment Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Bobcat equipment and related machinery in our Worcester shop. This role requires advanced technical skills and at least 5 years of experience with hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems on compact equipment Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns Use diagnostic tools (including ohmmeters) to troubleshoot issues Maintain accurate service records and parts usage Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards Keep work area clean and organized Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and reliability Requirements High school diploma or GED 5+ years of equipment technician experience Strong knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable work history and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications:
