Electro Mechanical Technician:

Conducting work of a mechanical and hydraulic nature, as well as electrical work up to 90V DC, on plastic forming machines and all equipment associated with the forming and assembly process. This includes basic setup, troubleshooting and repair of conveyor systems, grinders, blender, EOAT, robot systems and material feed system components. Diagnosing machine, process and auxiliary equipment problems. Effectively using a multimeter to diagnose electrical problems. Participating in replacement and repair of molding machine components. Performing regular preventative maintenance tasks including inspection, lubrication and adjustment of molding machines, robotic cells and auxiliary equipment. We?re looking for a Electro Mechanical Technician with: A general knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical theory along with a basic understanding of blueprint reading is a MUST Good mechanical abilities and the ability to operate molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
