Safety-first mindset Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Setup & Inspection Technician, you'll ensure equipment is fully configured, tested, and ready for delivery: Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used equipment
Assemble, install, and adjust components, attachments, and accessories
Inspect mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Identify and correct setup issues or deficiencies
Verify fluids, configurations, and system readiness
Operate equipment to perform functional checks
Complete inspection reports and documentation
Prepare equipment to meet Milton CAT quality standards
Support rental fleet preparation as needed Qualifications What You Bring 1-3 years of heavy equipment or mechanical experience
(or technical degree)
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to follow specifications and complete inspections accurately
Basic computer skills (inspection/reporting systems)
Ability to work independently and stay organized
