Safety-first culture Responsibilities What You'll Do As a Shop Technician in our Earthmoving Division, you'll work on a wide range of Caterpillar and allied equipment: Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Repair, rebuild, and overhaul major components
Perform inspections and preventative maintenance
Disassemble and reassemble equipment and systems
Complete service reporting and documentation
Stay current with evolving tools and technology
Work safely and collaboratively with your team Qualifications What You Bring 2+ years of heavy equipment or diesel technician experience
(or Diesel Tech degree)
Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, electrical, and drivetrains
Solid diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (service systems & documentation)
