Work:

We provide premium outdoor flag and balloon display services to commercial clients. We're looking for reliable, professional service technicians to handle occasional maintenance calls in the Detroit/Ann Arbor and Toledo areas.

Typical Service Calls Include:

Replacing damaged flags and repairing hardware on light poles and those mounted in the ground (outdoor). Swapping or re-inflating outdoor ground balloons. Topping off / maintaining indoor balloon displays (adding air). Minor troubleshooting and basic repairs. Most calls are straightforward, can take as little as 5 minutes and up to 90 minutes for larger service repair work. Job does involve ladder work and basic mechanical skills.

Requirements:

Reliable truck, van, or SUV capable of hauling a 8ft ladder and supplies Own 12ft ladder, basic hand tools, and an air compressor. Comfortable working at heights on ladders and outdoors in various weather. Professional appearance and reliable communication (text/phone). Smartphone with camera for before/after photos. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation:

Competitive pay per completed service call Typical range: $50 - $150+ per call depending on job complexity, travel time, and location (exact rates provided per job).

Supplies:

All flags, hardware, balloons, and specialized materials are provided by us. We may ship you supplies, drop them off to you, or have you pick up supplies from our Dayton, OH warehouse as needed (we can coordinate batches to minimize trips).
