Mechanic day shift

Brink Farms, Inc. is a local bulk carrier specializing in transportation. We have locations in New Buffalo, Bridgman, Bay City, Ottawa Lake, Muskegon, Grand Rapids, and Hamilton, MI. Where our main office and shop is located. Our mechanics are a huge part of our business and keep our fleet rolling down the road. We are looking for a mechanic who is self motivated and who has great trouble shooting skills. We need someone who can handle truck/trailer mechanical issues and manage those issues independently. Having a CDL would be beneficial, but not required. State and ASE certifications for brakes and suspension is preferred. Knowledge of tires, electric, and air brake systems, as well as general mechanical and fabrication skills would be required. 10 hours a day is what is expected, we can be flexible on the hours set though. Must be able to work 1 weekend a month.
