  • Full-time Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Light-Heavy Duty Equipment Operations Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in managing, maintaining, and sometimes operating a diverse fleet of commercial vehicles and equipment.

Duties Safely oversee/operate a small fleet of commercial vehicles (light duty trucks to medium duty dump trucks) in accordance with all safety regulations. Safely oversee/operate a small range of equipment in accordance with all safety regulations. Create, adhere to, and provide routine maintenance plan on fleet and equipment Load and unload equipment using appropriate machinery/manual handling techniques while adhering to safety standards. Drive various local routes for parts, equipment and material delivery. Oversee pre-trip and post-trip inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Manage cargo securely during transit, ensuring proper load distribution and adherence to weight limits (rare) When required, maintain accurate logs of driving hours, freight details, maintenance records, and route documentation (rare) Proven experience in light to heavy duty mechanical repair and maintenance with a focus on precision performance and motivated management Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL (Commercial Driver's License) preferred but not mandatory depending on vehicle type. Strong knowledge of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operations. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on timely work orders.
