MECHANIC FOR CLASS A VEHICLES/HEAVY DUTY BLUE WATER TRUCKING MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IS LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WITH MECHANICAL ABILITY AND CLASS A TRACTOR TRAILER EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE.
Looking for candidates for our Romeo & Taylor Locations. ```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing various Class A vehicles and equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with power tools. ```Duties```- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues in vehicles and equipment
- Use schematics and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot problems
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest quality of workmanship
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities ```Requirements```
- Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in using power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
