Builders Equipment Company is ready to hire an experienced Field Fluid Power Technician to primarily run a service truck out of our Hugo location. Pay & Schedule Wage DOE Full-time Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime paid after 40 hours/week Home every night What You'll Mainly Be Servicing in the Field Telehandlers (Pettibone, and all other brands) Generators, cranes, and related equipment Engine, drivetrain, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics & repairs This is a great role for a tech who wants variety, not the same stuff every day. What You Could Additionally Be Servicing When in the Shop Telehandlers (Pettibone, and all other brands) Industrial forklifts (Yale, Clark, Combi) Trucks & crane trucks (International, Western Star, Peterbilt, Freightliner) Trailers (Precision, Transcraft) Passenger cars & trucks Generators, cranes, and related equipment What We're Looking For in You At least 2 - 3 years of diesel or construction equipment repair, and PM experience Strong troubleshooting skills (engine, drivetrain, electrical, hydraulic) Ability to work independently and safely Good communication skills Clear DMV record Comfortable working from a heavy duty service truck Full set of tools to handle various situations What We Offer Work uniforms are provided, but not required Company smartphone (upon qualification) Stable fleet for you to service Why Builders Equipment Company Builders Equipment Company is a well-established Minnesota company in Hugo, supporting construction operations with reliable equipment and service.
