Lead Mechanic

Overview 212 Equipment is hiring a skilled, Senior Level Mechanic for our growing business. Our

NEW SHOP

is nearly complete and this new hire will enjoy a

BRAND NEW

shop bay! We have a diverse inventory of quality new and used equipment; which includes our rental equipment to maintain, equipment for sale to repair, and customer units that are regularly brought in for service. Our primary categories of equipment are, but not limited to:

• Aerial Lifts
• Excavators
• Skid Steers
• Air Compressors
• Trucks & /Trailers We are looking for a full-time, dedicated senior level mechanic desiring 40+ hours a week.

We can be flexible with hours but prefer a set schedule. Candidates would be responsible for the timely repair, service, and maintenance of our entire portfolio of equipment types and have an ability to diagnose issues with hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and more. We provide an easy-going, fun, and diverse atmosphere here at 212 Equipment. We offer a competitive PTO package with options for additional winter time off if desired, as well as Weekly Pay , and company clothing.

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of proven, progressive mechanical experience on various categories of light to heavy equipment, including, but not limited to boom lifts, scissor lifts, excavators, skid steers, forklifts, and more. Expert knowledge of both diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, electrical components, and electronic systems such as ECMs and safety systems. Be a problem-solver and demonstrate the ability to follow established procedures and practices set by 212 Equipment. Demonstrate the ability to understand priorities in a changing environment and to delegate tasks accordingly. Be a clear communicator and have the ability to self-organize projects. Basic understanding of computers and software to keep track of service and maintenance orders and make note of progress. Reach out with any questions, thanks!

Equipment/Quick N' Clean Services Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
