Up to $30/hr | Full Benefits | Tools Provided AAA Truck & Trailer Services Bridgeton, MO $24.00 - $30.00 per hour Multiple Shifts Available For nearly 30 years, AAA Truck & Trailer Services has been a trusted partner to the transportation industry throughout the St. Louis Metro region. With expanded operations across Missouri and Illinois, we're continuing to grow and are looking for experienced Trailer Technicians and Diesel Mechanics to join our team. What You'll Do Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trailers Complete preventative maintenance services Repair and maintain brake systems, air systems, lighting systems, landing gear, and trailer doors Perform chassis repairs and light truck repairs Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Complete major trailer body repairs, including panel replacement and rail repairs Perform welding repairs as needed Maintain accurate repair documentation Follow all safety procedures and shop standards What We're Looking For Required Minimum 3 years of trailer repair, diesel repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair experience Experience performing preventative maintenance and repairs Valid driver's license Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Dependable attendance and punctuality Preferred Diesel engine experience Welding experience Heavy equipment experience Farm equipment repair experience RV trailer repair experience Experience operating forklifts or other heavy equipment Why Join AAA Truck & Trailer Services? ✅
