Elevator Yard Personnel

Overview Join our team as an outside yard worker. This is a fast paced position that allows the right person an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of working at a grain elevator. We have a small team that works well together. Responsibilities Working with customers in a polite and knowledgeable manner Listening to Management and customers to ensure that all orders are filled to the satisfaction of the customers Operate the mill, forklift and tractor in a safe manner Keep all buildings and areas clean and safe Maintain all equipment Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues Valid forklift experience Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their skills in a busy setting.
