In this role, you'll work hands-on with a diverse lineup of equipment — skid steers, excavators, rollers, forklifts, ATVs, and service trucks — diagnosing issues and getting machines back in working order. If you take pride in your work, can think through a problem independently, and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a team that values your expertise, then this position could be a great fit. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on various equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot issues efficiently, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions. Maintain accurate digital service records, including detailed reports of inspections, repairs, and parts used. Assist with installation and setup of new equipment, ensuring proper calibration and operation. Proven experience in equipment maintenance or repair. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams clearly. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues. Ability to lift heavy equipment safely and stand for extended periods during inspections or repairs. Computer proficiency to be able to document work performed and submit requisitions through our work order system. Must be able to provide your own tools. Full-time employment Steady work schedule of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday — no weekends Bi-weekly pay schedule Competitive pay plan with opportunity for growth 10 days PTO in your first year Paid holidays Medical, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental insurance (Life, Cancer, Accident, and more) available after 90 days of employment Advancement opportunities
