The shop assistant position is full -time. Starting wage rate is $25.00/ hour.
Requirements include:
  • Valid CDL Class A driver's license
  • Able to manage own time
  • Perform vehicle maintenance
  • Operate construction equipment (for mobilization purposes)
  • Pull and park vehicles with trailers
  • Includes manual labor, you must be able to lift in excess of 40 pounds The shop assistant will assist in the shop with cleanliness, organization, and receiving materials.
The shop assistant will support the shop manager with fleet and equipment maintenance and repairs. When job materials are delivered to the shop, the assistant will receive and organize the materials as necessary. The shop assistant will pick up equipment and materials from vendors and deliver to job sites or back to the shop. He/She will return any items or equipment necessary. He/She will stage all new jobs with needed material and equipment. At the conclusion of the project, the individual will ensure that the project is left to the best standards for the customer. This individual must have exceptional organizational skills and be able to complete all daily tasks without constant supervision. Please forward resume.
