Are you detail-oriented and skilled at analyzing costs, plans, or data? We're looking for an Estimator to help prepare accurate and competitive bids for large-scale mechanical and plumbing projects. Whether you have experience in construction or estimating, your ability to work with numbers, understand project details, and collaborate with a team will be key to developing winning proposals and securing successful work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Estimate Projects:
Analyze project documents, perform take-offs, and develop precise cost breakdowns. Bid with
Confidence:
Manage bid schedules, solicit vendor pricing, and ensure complete and competitive proposals.
Collaborate & Coordinate:
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to align scope, budget, and requirements.
Stay Organized & Efficient:
Maintain detailed job folders, resource databases, and pricing structures for seamless estimating.
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of estimating experience in mechanical systems, plumbing, or HVAC. Strong knowledge of mechanical materials, installation methods, and cost analysis. Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and relevant industry codes. Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, and vendor coordination. Exceptional analytical, communication, and time management skills.
