Job Description

- What You'll Be Doing
- + Operate and monitor bulk cement terminal equipment, including railcar unloading systems and material transfer equipment + Troubleshoot and perform hands-on maintenance to keep equipment running and minimize downtime + Load and unload cement from railcars and trucks while ensuring efficient and safe material flow + Inspect equipment, identify issues, and complete basic mechanical repairs using tools and diagnostic skills + Ensure accuracy of orders, documentation, and inventory records •What Are We Looking For•+ Experience in industrial, mechanical, rail, construction, or heavy equipment environments (not just warehouse) + Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools for troubleshooting and basic repairs + Experience operating or working around heavy equipment, conveyors, or bulk material systems + Ability to work independently and take ownership of equipment and daily operations + Basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures •Work Environment•This role is based in an outdoor/industrial terminal environment and involves working around heavy equipment, moving materials, and varying weather conditions.
