Forklift Mechanic Role:
At least two years of professional experience in the service and repair of forklifts is mandatory. Familiarity with scissor lifts, electric pallet jacks, lift trucks, and various racking systems is considered an asset. Proficiency in servicing equipment from brands such as Mitsubishi, Raymond, Toyota, Nissan, Clark, or Crown is highly desirable.
Compensation and Perks:
Annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000. Comprehensive benefits package. Significant opportunities for overtime work. Paid time off included. Retirement savings plan via 401k. Additional incentives provided.
Core Duties:
You will help ensure operational efficiency by diagnosing, fixing, and servicing forklifts and related material-handling machinery across various industrial sites and distribution centers. Your daily tasks will involve identifying mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical faults, executing routine maintenance, and swapping out defective parts. The equipment you will handle includes internal combustion and electric forklifts, various warehouse machinery, scissor lifts, and pallet jacks.
Required Proficiencies:
Background in material handling operations.
Technology and Equipment:
Operating and maintaining Crown and Raymond forklifts.
