Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on equipment including excavators, loaders, skid steers, and more. Perform preventative maintenance, full-service inspections, and emergency repairs in both shop and field environments. Travel to project sites for equipment service to minimize downtime and keep operations moving. Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and parts usage. Communicate with operators and site supervisors to proactively identify performance issues and prioritize fixes. Ensure all work complies with DOT, OSHA, and internal safety and environmental standards. Maintain an organized inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; report needs promptly. Requirements Proven experience with heavy diesel equipment repair and hydraulic systems (required). Self-motivated and comfortable working independently at job sites. Strong attention to detail, time management, and mechanical aptitude. Ability to prioritize under pressure and work efficiently in changing environments. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain). ASE Certification or equivalent vocational/mechanical training (preferred). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Must provide your own basic tools.

Schedule:

Full-Time

• 1st and 2nd shifts options Monday
• Friday with on-call/emergency availability as needed Tuesday
• Saturday on-call/emergency availability as needed

Work Location:

Based from shop and traveling to active job sites as needed
