Job Description:

Currently we have an immediate need for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic. We are looking for diesel mechanics with heavy mechanic equipment or agricultural equipment experience including electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical diagnostics and repair.

Requirements/responsibilities:

Mechanic must have strong trouble shooting abilities on Heavy Equipment will be given preference. Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on mobile equipment and crushing plants Perform work independently and travel to on-site locations for jobs 3+ years experience in field work required a plus Mechanic has the ability to perform repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of Construction and Forestry Should own your own tools Hevay Equipment Mechanic has the ability to perform basic computer functions Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly Some level of Service Technician certification preferred not required Valid driver's license is required; Commercial Driver License (CDL) preferred The successful candidate will submit to a background check, MVR and drug screen.
