Hydro Excavation Support

Job Overview We are looking for someone to assist our hydro excavation trucks on large utility projects. Experience in construction or demolition is a must. This is a dirty job that requires hard physical labor. We have a good time doing it though. Must have a great attitude. You're there to help our operator, learn the craft and help achieve our clients' goals in low friction OSHA 10 Hour required You will be working out of town Monday through thursday, coming home friday nights. Duties Assist with the operation and support of hydro excavation equipment, including water trucks and vacuum systems. Support heavy machinery operators by preparing equipment. Help set up construction sites by organizing materials and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment around equipment and job sites. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to promote a secure work environment for everyone. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with an interest in heavy equipment operation. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) or willingness to obtain one is preferred but not required. Experience operating excavators, loaders, backhoes, graders, dozers or other heavy machinery is highly desirable. Construction site experience or familiarity with construction processes enhances your fit for this role. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift heavy loads safely. Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and learning.
