Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, detailing delays, defects, and necessary rectification measures for Mechanical works. Provide technical guidance and resolve Mechanical-related issues efficiently. Report on Mechanical progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerk-of-works. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an M&E Contractor Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or relevant engineering discipline Advanced knowledge of local code of practice of design implementation.
