We have openings in our Service Dept in Liverpool, NY and are looking for motivated individuals with at least 1-year mechanical experience in the Aggregate Industry or a related field. Trainee positions are also available for candidates to get into the aggregate industry! At Emerald Equipment we offer industry training, with the ability to grow as a specialist in the Aggregate equipment industry. • service equipment sales and service company serving the needs of the aggregate and materials processing industries throughout the northeast.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing aggregate equipment used in construction and mining settings.

Full-time Pay:

$1,040

• $1,400 per week

Duties:

• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance at customer sites
• Manage & maintain tools, parts and equipment (including service truck)
• Weld and assemble components as needed
• Interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues
• Service and repair of heavy machinery, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, basic electrical components.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct inspections to identify worn or damaged parts

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills:

• Strong internal and external communication skills
• Ability to work and stay on task independently
• Mechanical knowledge
• Proficiency in welding and assembly techniques
• Ability to interpret schematics for troubleshooting
• Familiarity with heavy equipment operation and safety protocols
• Basic electrical troubleshooting and repair preferred. Familiarity with 12V & 24V DC power, experience with 240V, 480V & 3
• phase power preferred.
• Mechanic with a CDL A license is a PLUS!
• Aggregate Equipment Experience an A+ !
