Responsibilities:
Successfully provide service of recognized superior value Troubleshoot problems Efficiently utilize resources to correct problems Document steps taken to correct problems Maximize the efficient use of service and repair processes to provide fast accurate service and minimize unnecessary expense Plan proper repair procedures for efficiency Efficiently utilize tooling and technical resources Continually improve key processes Effectively communicate status of repair work with supervisor Successfully contribute towards building a culture of safety through completion of all safety initiatives and demonstrating safe work habits Complete/attend all safety meetings, computer-based safety training, safety audits, and other safety training as assigned Work in a proactive, safe manner in compliance with all safety practices, policies, and training Immediately resolve and/or report all safety issues to supervisor Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with all
Contamination Control Initiatives Qualifications:
Experience in troubleshooting and repair of Heavy Construction Equipment, CAT preferred Must be computer proficient to be able to run diagnostic software and prepare service communication Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to troubleshoot technical problems, meet or exceed labor repair guidelines, possesses the ability to plan and efficiently complete assigned tasks CDL License preferred
Physical Requirements:
Standing and walking (including on uneven surfaces) Sitting, body rotation, and forward bending (in both sitting and standing positions) Lifting up to 60 lbs. (machine or team lift for items over 50 lbs.)
