Job Description

Job Summary:
Diagnose, repair, and install all vending equipment, coolers, and fountain units.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vending machine, cooler, and fountain equipment as needed Plan fountain equipment installation as requested by the sales department Delivery and pickup of special event material as needed Maintain parts and equipment inventory for serviceable equipment on each vending vehicle Clean and prepare all equipment needed for deliveries and/or ready for storage Maintain a safe driving record Assess and report any issues with vending vehicles Perform on-call duties required when needed or assigned (schedule varies and is set by supervisor)
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills Excellent attention to detail Some computer skills required Able to clearly communicate Forklift, pallet jack, handcart training; required every 3 years Clean and safe driving record and valid driver's license Education and/or
Experience:
Experience with vending repair or refrigeration, preferred
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift 50 pounds of material, vending machine deliveries require a one-sided lift of 200 - 250 pounds in short bursts Ability to safely utilize power jacks, hoists, and fountain lift equipment Ability to crawl, work from a kneeling position, and assess tight space installations Ability to utilize a handheld computer, write out, and interpret orders
