Job Description

About the Role As a Delivery and Assembly Specialist, you will manage the final-mile transport and installation of high-end fitness equipment for residential clients. You will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional, white-glove service and precise mechanical assembly. Responsibilities Execute the pickup of fitness gear from regional distribution centers and transport items safely to customer homes. Perform expert-level assembly of complex fitness machines, ensuring all components are installed to manufacturer specifications. Utilize your own box truck or sprinter van to manage logistics and timely arrivals. Coordinate with a dedicated helper to safely maneuver bulky or heavy equipment through residential spaces. Maintain clear communication with dispatch and clients via mobile technology to ensure seamless service delivery. Operate power and hand tools efficiently to complete installations with high attention to detail. Qualifications Required Skills Ownership or lease of a reliable Sprinter van or box truck. Proven ability to work as a two-person team with a consistent, reliable helper. Possession of an active EIN for independent contracting. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools for product assembly. Commitment to passing comprehensive background, drug, and motor vehicle record screenings. Preferred Skills Prior experience in white-glove delivery or furniture/equipment installation. Possession of a valid DOT/MC number for vehicles exceeding 10,000 lbs GVWR. Experience operating vehicles equipped with lift gates. Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
