Responsibilities Execute complex repairs on hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems to ensure peak equipment performance. Utilize advanced diagnostic software and digital tablets to track service intervals and manage work order documentation. Apply independent judgment to troubleshoot mechanical failures and implement effective corrective actions. Mentor junior team members on technical best practices and safety standards. Maintain accurate electronic records of all maintenance activities to support fleet longevity. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience as a military mechanic or in a similar heavy equipment maintenance role.
