Job Description
Maintenance Technician Join our team at Henderson Turf Farm! We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. You will be working with heavy equipment, compact heavy equipment, agricultural, small motor and medium duty trucks. This is a great opportunity to gain knowledge and skills across a broad range of equipment. A background in automotive technology is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner Fleet preventative maintenance services and DOT inspections on tractors and trailers Keep thorough records of maintenance and repairs. Requirements and skills Self motivated with the willingness to address any task required Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and other systems and their components Aptitude in using various hand tools Ability to follow procedures and practices and read instruction A strong commitment to all health and safety guidelines Good communication skills Maintenance and repairs on multiple makes and models of trucks and trailers Welding knowledge is a plus Able to lift 50 lbs at minimum Experienced with computer onboard diagnostics Additional schooling/training a plus Valid driver's license Ability to work as part of a team Ability to work in all climate conditions inside and outside Uniforms provided Schedule Monday to Friday day or evening shift available. Overtime available. Saturday availability; During Peak Busy Season.
