Monday•Friday, 7:45 AM•4:30
PM Pay:
$23•$30 per hour, depending on experience
Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our fantastic team! This role involves inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment including forklifts, excavators, lifts, and other heavy machinery. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hydraulics, engines, crankshafts, and other mechanical systems.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair material handling and heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, and lifts. Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections. Rebuild and repair engines, hydraulics, crankshafts, and related components. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Maintain accurate repair and service records. Ensure all work meets safety and operational standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a mechanic working with forklifts, excavators, or other material handling/heavy equipment. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, crankshafts, and mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools and repair equipment. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.
