Our crew travels to Lebanon, Jefferson, Albany, Tangent, and occasionally to the Monmouth area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of tractors and heavy equipment to support farming operations. This role requires a strong understanding of agricultural safety practices, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Main responsibilities:

Working alongside Crew Chief/Owner Fixing, maintenance, or cleaning of equipment Operating a tractor in the fields and on road Operating a tractor that pulls either a rake or baler- understanding equipment and proper operations Requirements for the position: Clean driving record Experience preferred (not required) in operating tractors, rakes, balers, and/or stackers. Open availability Monday-Saturday June 16th-August 30th Tractor safety certification for those 15-17 years of age We are looking to hire (5) Tractor Operators by 5/20/2026- to apply, please submit your resume for review.
